We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
HOW TO ARRANGE A FREE RETURN (Orders in Europe only)
Please note that we are unable to process free returns on orders placed through online marketplaces outside of this official ARBONIES website. We advise you to check the online marketplace website for details of their return policies.
If you are returning an order, please email us at email@example.com to let us know that we are expecting your return.
If you are returning an international order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that we are expecting your return.
You will need to cover the cost of returning your order. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when you send the product back.
Please make sure you have included your order number on your return with the product details and reason for return.

You can return your items for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be sent back to us in their original condition and in their original packaging, complete with all labeling. Free gifts or promotional items cannot be returned.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method - we do not refund shipping charges as standard.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We can only exchange an item if you have received an incorrect item. Please email us at email@example.com and we can arrange this for you.
