Can I cancel or change my order after I have placed it?

We regret that we cannot guarantee that orders can be canceled after they have been placed. If you wish to return an unwanted order, please read our Refund Policy. We are also unable to add or remove specific items within an order.

My order is a gift, can I add a gift note and remove the invoice?

As a rule, invoices for all our products have the price element visible. If you are interested in giving one of our products as a gift, you can also check our Gift Card (link) page and order a voucher instead of a specific product.

The item I received is faulty or a different item to the one I ordered, what should I do?

If you receive a faulty item, please email us at with your order number and a photo of the product and we will explain the next steps to resolve the issue.

My order has not arrived, what should I do?

Please wait fifteen days from receipt of notification that your order has been dispatched before contacting us. Remember that you can track your order using the tracking details included in the order confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but unfortunately some countries have some restrictions that do not allow us to ship to them. If you are having trouble placing an order, please contact our customer service team at

How long will it take for my international order to arrive?

Your order may take up to a month to arrive, so please only contact us if it has taken longer. Thank you for your patience.

Do I have to pay tax on my order?

Orders shipped internationally may incur import duties and local taxes. We advise you to check these costs before placing your order. Recipients will have to pay on receipt of the shipment - ARBONIES does not provide details, calculate or offer methods for these payments and they cannot be prepaid.

Can I make an exchange?

We cannot offer direct exchanges, but you can request a Gift Card instead of a refund when you return an order. Once a credit has been issued, it cannot be reversed.

I paid with Klarna, how will I get my money back?

Klarna refunds will be issued back to the debit or credit card that was originally entered on the payment.
